Rules
A straightforward guide to the position board, your public profile, and payments.
How ranking works
- Enter a display name, then pay the fixed price: ₹1 in India, or the listed price in your local currency elsewhere.
- Once your payment is confirmed, you become the current #1 position. The most recent confirmed payment holds the top spot. Everyone pays the same price; nobody can pay more to outrank you.
- “Times #1 has been taken” counts every confirmed payment. It is a counter, not a price.
- You can take #1 again at any time. Each new confirmed payment moves the #1 spot to that person.
- Holding #1 gets you a public display spot only. There is no prize, cash reward, or winnings.
Your public profile
- Use your real identity or a name/username you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person.
- A display name is required. A selfie is optional.
- Your display name appears in the position history. If you add a profile photo, it may appear on the #1 position card and your public profile page.
- Your profile page has a shareable link that others can use to view your position status.
Identity & Image Use Policy
Use only your real identity or a name/username that you are authorized to use.
Do not:
- Impersonate another person.
- Use another person's name or identity without authorization.
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or unauthorized images.
- Use TopPosition to harass, threaten, defame, deceive, or cause harm to another individual.
- Upload images that violate another person's privacy, rights, or applicable laws.
If we find that your account has violated these rules, your account may be blocked or permanently removed, and any further action may be taken where required.
By using TopPosition, you agree to use the platform responsibly and respect the identity, privacy, and rights of others.
Payments
- Payments are handled by our payment partner. In India you can pay by UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), card, netbanking, or wallet.
- You reach #1 only after the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, nothing is recorded and any debited money is returned by your bank.
- Successful payments are not refundable, except as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
